Retatrutide (LY3437943) is Eli Lilly's once-weekly triple agonist: it acts on the GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptors. As of September 2026 it isn't approved anywhere. Its TRIUMPH Phase 3 trials have reported, and Lilly plans to file in the US in the first quarter of 2027. Every vial sold today is a research vial, often labeled by milligrams (R10 for a 10 mg vial, and so on).
