What the three lab-check labels mean
Staff found the report on the laboratory's own site using the report number or key printed on it. Most lab portals confirm that a report is genuine without showing its figures, so figures are compared only where the portal displays them. Methodology
The certificate was submitted and looks complete, but nobody has compared it with the lab's copy yet, or the lab has no public check.
The key did not open a report on the lab's site. The record stays visible with this label so the gap is on the record. A certificate whose figures differ from the lab's own copy is removed instead.
Short answers about lot numbers and certificates
What is a certificate of analysis for a peptide?
A certificate of analysis is a laboratory's written result for one sample: what the substance is, how pure it is and how much of it is in the vial. For research peptides it is the only evidence of content, because the products are sold without regulatory batch release.
Is a lot number the same as a batch number?
For this lookup, yes. Shops use "lot", "batch" and sometimes "code" for the same thing: the identifier of one production run. Enter whichever is printed on your vial.
Does a certificate for my lot prove my vial is fine?
No. A lab tests one or a few vials from a lot. The result tells you how that run was made, not how your vial was filled, shipped or stored. It is strong evidence about the batch and no evidence about handling after the test.
The measured amount differs from the label. Is that a problem?
Small differences are normal, and overfill is common. Peptigrity counts a vial as underdosed when the lab finds meaningfully less than the label; the current underdose rate across all tests is on the Purity Index. Net peptide content explains why 10 mg isn't always 10 mg.
How old can a certificate be?
The date matters less than the lot. A two-year-old report for your exact lot is still about your vial. A report from last week for a different lot is not.
Why do several shops show the same lot number?
Many shops buy finished vials from the same manufacturers and keep the manufacturer's lot code. We show each shop's certificate separately and never merge them.
