By accessing or using Peptigrity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
§ 2Use of Platform
You may use Peptigrity to read shop profiles, lab test results, and reviews; to submit lab tests, reviews, and discussions; and to claim shop profiles you own. You may not use the platform to sell peptides, run affiliate campaigns, or manipulate rankings.
§ 3User Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account. Accounts are non-transferable. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
§ 4User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, lab tests, comments). By submitting, you grant Peptigrity a non-exclusive, perpetual license to publish, archive, and display that content.
§ 5Intellectual Property
Peptigrity's platform, design, methodology, and aggregated data are owned by Peptigrity. You may link to pages but may not republish substantial portions without permission.
§ 6Disclaimers
Peptigrity provides information for research purposes. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or safety of any listed peptide, shop, or lab. Peptides listed on Peptigrity are for research use only.
§ 7Limitation of Liability
Peptigrity is not liable for decisions made based on information on the platform. We are not responsible for the actions of listed shops or the quality of any purchased product.
§ 8Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Peptigrity against claims arising from your use of the platform or from content you submit.
§ 9Modifications
We may modify these terms. Material changes will be announced on the homepage with 30 days' notice.
§ 10Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
