Bruker QTOF accurate-mass spectrometers paired with Waters Acquity UPLCs (the same chromatographic platform used in pharmaceutical QC), plus a Thermo LTQ Velos Pro ion trap with nanoAcquity for low-abundance detection. Sensitivity to 5 pg/ml exceeds what HPLC-UV alone can resolve.
  • ✓GLP-validatable methods — methods can be validated under Good Laboratory Practice conditions when client requirements demand it, a higher regulatory tier than the unvalidated methods used by most peptide-market labs.
  • ✓Documented accuracy on mislabeled samples. In community-documented early 2025 testing, MZ Biolabs correctly identified mislabeled peptide samples (Cagrilintide submitted as Semaglutide; Tirzepatide submitted as Retatrutide) that another major peptide lab initially mis-identified.
