HPT has stopped shipping from its European warehouse. A notice signed by the HPT team has been going around Telegram groups since 30 September. It says tighter inspections in Germany have caused problems at several warehouses, that HPT's warehouse is suspending shipments as a precaution, and that shipping will restart once the warehouse is back to normal. Buyers with questions are told to contact their sales representative.
A rumor that the German warehouse was raided came with it. HPT is reported to deny that, and nothing official says otherwise.
If you buy from HPT, this thread is for what's actually happening to orders:
- Ordered for EU delivery? Post the order date, whether it shipped, and what your sales rep told you.
- Has anyone offered to send your order from somewhere else, or asked you to pay again or pay to a new wallet? Post what was offered and how it reached you, but leave the contact out.
- Stick to what happened to you. Rumors about named people get removed.
