No. Peptigrity is an independent platform. Reviews cannot be removed by shops. However, you can respond to any review with a verified 'Shop Owner' badge - often more powerful than removal because it shows future customers you take feedback seriously.
Depends on the tier. 'Claimed' shows your verification mark. 'Community Reviewed' adds your trust score, star rating, and review count. 'Lab Verified' adds your average HPLC purity and lab test count. All badges show live data that updates automatically.
Every badge links to your verified profile at peptigrity.com/verify/your-shop. Customers click it, see your full profile with all reviews and lab tests, and know the badge is authentic. Badge URLs are verified server-side - you cannot fake a Peptigrity badge.
No. Trust scores are calculated automatically: 40% community reviews + 60% lab-verified purity data. No shop can pay to change their score. No Peptigrity employee can manually override it. The formula is published on our General Rules page.
